I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will not receive a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service, while cancellations made 12 hours or less before your appointment will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. I understand that unexpected situations and emergencies happen, so cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion for valid emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
